Key job responsibilities
* Oversees the GTM strategy for digital catalog solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Marketing and Sales
* Designs, implements, maintains effective mechanisms to collect and distill voice of Sales and Customer to inform solution roadmap and GTM strategy
* Takes the lead on digital catalog solution development, influencing roadmaps and ensuring core requirements are met to create world-class customer experience
* Establishes prioritization criteria and frameworks to ensure strategic direction and roadmap delivery aligns with customer, sales and business needs
* Drives innovation to operationalize and scale existing and future digital catalog solutions
* Establish and track KPIs for solution adoption and onboarding efficiency, providing regular performance reports.
* Distills data and insights for use at senior level for optimal decision making.
* Enjoys solving problems and be an expert at crafting solutions, both strategically and tactically

Must haves:
* 5+ Years experience in Tech Business Development, Product Management or Consultant role
* Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
* Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating GTM activities
* Experience gathering customer requirements to inform broader product/solution development
* Exceptional customer focus; The ability to persuade and influence others using verbal and written communication techniques
