Position Overview - Basic Functions & Responsibility
Provides strategic partnerships through data driven forecasting insights, analytics and capabilities from business development, pipeline investments, launch strategy, lifecycle management, commercial resource allocation,Leads the creation and validation of short and long-term revenue forecasts and assessments driving key commercial decisions across our value chainThe Core Responsibilities are:
Develops and defends reliable valuations that incorporate complex data and assumptions, highlighting risks and opportunitiesInforms key commercial and strategic investment decisions across value chain up through senior managementAdvises and guides team on forecast methodology, assist in developing key forecast assumptions and lead efforts to anticipate and plan for potential future market landscapes highlighting risks and opportunitiesLeads cross divisional teams in identifying milestones and achieving objectivesPrioritizes and manages complex forecasting projects; and ensure effective capacity utilization of Strategic Forecasting Associates on the teamContinually works towards greater cross-functional and divisional trust and collaboration in the areas of forecasting and analyticsQualifications:
Bachelor degree or above. A minimum of 5+ years demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in Pharmaceutical industry.Comprehensive experiences on modeling building, forecasting levers identifyingProficiency in decision modeling tools and techniques and statistics methodDemonstrates capacity to learn and understand sales and market strategy, customer approach and integrated execution in cross-business units.Skills of project management and good cross-functional collaborations.Entrepreneurship mindset, the ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge status quo in a constructive way.Show integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.Good command of written English, communication verbal EnglishCore Competencies:
