An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Senior HRBP, the role will be pivotal in shaping the Culture and People strategy, partnering closely with the Site Leadership Team and the Ireland HR Community, comprised of a team of experienced HRBPs and HR Centres of Excellence (CoE's) supporting a growing company footprint in Ireland.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative HR Business Partner to join our team and support the development and deployment of a focused People strategy to reflect the strategic direction for Partnering with key client groups and HR CoE's, the role will also extend to coaching leaders in the business and providing expertise across core activities in the areas of talent management, workforce planning, organisational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues.

Partner with business leaders to champion a high-performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity and respect, where behaviours are aligned to the Company values.Ability to contribute to business strategy by supporting the development and deployment of an aligned People Strategy for the site that supports its effective execution.Act as a strategic HR partner to the relevant functional teams and Leaders, providing guidance, advice and support that aligns with overall strategy and plansSupport business leaders/client groups in the workforce planning process and the development of people plans in line with delivery of business strategy.Partner with client groups to support the process of organisational change management activities and people related initiatives when necessary.Coach leaders and members of leadership team(s) to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, performance management, compensation planning, cyclical promotion review etc.), and development of a positive employee relations environment.Actively seek solutions to identified people-related business problems and bring these solutions to the wider HR team to ensure consistent best practice application. Partner with CoEs and work collaboratively across the Ireland and global HR teams to find sustainable and innovative solutions to business challenges.Provide leadership and project management to critical HR initiatives and programmes across the client areas as needed.Collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organisation to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategyIn order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplineMinimum of 6 years demonstrable experience as a high performing and driven HR Business Partner operating at a senior level supporting multiple internal client groups at all levels within a matrixed/complex organisational environmentDemonstrated HR functional competence in one or more HR disciplines.Demonstrated ability to effectively influence, consult with and coach senior leaders and managers.Ability to strategically prioritise time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives.Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration, develop strong relationships and influence effectively at every level of the organisationExperience navigating and leveraging HR matrix and systems to gather data and leverage HR CoE's to support the businessDemonstrated experience in organisational design, transformation and change management.As a company, we are committed to 'Inventing for Life' in all that we do.
