About the Role

基于对环境和新人的洞察，结合公司新人发展体系，对前线进行赋能、督导和验收，确保新人在不同的发展阶段均可获得及时且有效的成长所需，助力新人绩效目标的实现。

Roles and Responsibilities:

推动新人发展规划的落地执行和新人发展目标的达成；

新人销售及客户经营平台运作；

实施组织新人培训；

维护、推动新人荣誉体系，进行新人典范案例的宣传和推广；

督导新人经委会验收和赋能；

实施新人相关内勤导师&外勤讲师培养；

为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务。

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education –大学本科以上，金融、管理、保险专业优先

Experience –5年以上行业工作经验，2年以上新人培育经验

Special skills

具有寿险业务管理经验或业务管理培训经验

较强的语言、文字驾驭能力、数据分析能力、项目管理能力

基础英文读写能力

熟练使用办公电脑，擅长使用WORD.\PPT.\EXCEL.等office 软件
