About the Role
根据分公司业务节奏,落实公司产品和价值主张的推动策略,因地制宜开发符合当地需要的产品和价值主张培训材料并进行推动,通过多种形式提升营销员的产品和服务营销能力。职务描述
承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ,开展机构产服综合推动,管理培育外勤产品大使准确、及时地宣导、落实中国区制定的各项产品营销推动计划和整体解决方案;协助建立分公司产品等相关的各项培训体系并担任讲师,承担新产品及相关营运医学知识培训、演练、答疑解惑提升一线产品能力;根据渠道需求,市场状况、公司业务目标等,制定产品推广策略,并制定达成计划的各类执行方案;配合市场推动节奏,高效推进产品线上推广与线下活动等方案的执行落实并就效果进行反馈追踪;举办分公司层面的健康大讲堂与客户活动并提供陪访支持;贯彻分公司产品分层管理计划,有效组织相关俱乐部活动建立基于“以客户为中心”细分客户市场, 在CHO产品推动资料基础上开发营销业务人员分层推动、销售工具和配套培训课件负责老客户数据分析及加保ECM活动及老客户产品交叉销售推动MDRT/COT/TOT以及五星会的专业推动,强化高净值绩优推动等,助力全年渠道业务目标达成;任职要求:
教育背景:大学本科或以上学历(经济、金融或市场营销专业优先)相关经验:5年及以上相关经验(具有活动组织经验优先)技能要求:具备扎实的市场与营销知识熟悉寿险及健康险产品有创新性思维良好的沟通与表达能力能有效对员工进行业绩辅导Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
