业务规划与项目:
统筹计划年度销售战略/竞赛/活动以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标协助监管销售业绩,通过调整业务计划,发现并解决业务问题根据机构负责人的要求,参与特定业务项目,以帮助渠道达成销售目标,满足销售需求业务渠道各类业务策划会务、活动及竞赛出行执行营销员荣誉体系推动:
推广营销员渠道文化建设,通过推动各类荣誉体系提升营销员业务品质,包括月度荣誉体系、年度荣誉体系、五星会荣誉、MDRT等推动MDRT文化,扩大MDRT队伍,助力全年渠道业务目标达成推动五星会荣誉体系,提升新人活动率及津贴获得率组织执行各类荣誉性质大型颁奖典礼及活动Minimum Job Requirements:
教育背景:
大学本科或以上学历(经济、金融或市场营销专业优先)
相关经验:
5年及以上相关经验(具有活动组织经验优先)
技能要求:
