About the Role

岗位职责：

1、 保险营销员面试

2、 组织实施增员推广活动

-   协助业务团队开展寿险事业创业说明会

-   增员沙龙专项活动等

-   区部或SSC的增员活动支持

3、 激励及竞赛推动，专项活动

-   增员激励活动的设计,实施及推动,绩效评估

-   增员推动会等

-   专项活动

4、 绩效分析

-   每周COP活动报告,报名,签约,人力成长,主管目标达成等情况分析

-   部门月度报告

5、 增员工具的制作,使用管理

-   设计制作增员工具,报名工具等

-   库存管理

6、 清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求；

7、 及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险；

8、 参与公司核心人力发展创新项目-聚精英的推动，协助制定中心支公司聚精英项目整体的运作规划和推进举措，协助建立聚精英候选人人才库，强化面谈吸引支持及入司后融入计划推进

9、 确保各项人力发展创新项目保质完成，并提炼发展项目模型和最佳实践，在中心支公司的落地推广

10、 按要求完成其他部门主管分配的工作。

任职要求：

Education –大学本科毕业，有业务推广经验

Experience –至少5年寿险工作经验

Special skills

熟练使用MS-Office软件；大学英语四级

具有较强的组织能力，沟通技巧，客户意识，责任心和工作主动性
