Job Requirements:

This position in the Targeting and Sensor Systems (TSS) Sector of the (IMS) Integrated Mission Systems Segment is responsible for the Contracts that supports a diverse business area, with Customers from various USG Departments and Agencies, as well as large and small business Prime Contractors. The qualified individual must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS in a business or related field and 6+ Years' relevant experienceExperience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, CASExperience with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Team player who is a problem solver and self-starter.Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities and self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of regulations including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR supplements (e.g. DFARS) and other agency regulations.Experience in providing business, contractual and risk mitigation strategies to support the needs of the program.Experience in all aspects of the contract life cycle including, contracts administration, proposal preparation and close-out.Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationship, provide RFP shaping/analysis and have participated in proposal development and bid strategy.   Familiarity with International Agreements and Terms and Conditions.
