About the Role
根据公司业务发展计划，大力推动营销员渠道的团险业务发展1、根据公司的业务发展计划，大力推动团险业务发展，确保业务竞赛、培训、主题活动等在渠道的有效实施；
2、制作课件，组织各类营销员培训，如早会、新人班等，辅导营销员学习专业知识，传递公司业务政策，交流业务经验；
3、协助营销员为定制计划客户询报价，制作计划书，陪访谈判招标等事宜；
4、通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，反馈问题改善流程；
5、协助保险营销员做好团体客户的售后服务，包括员工福利说明会等；
6、完成公司及主管领导安排的其他日常工作。
