About the Role
落实团险销售推动和支持工作,确保达成KPI目标工作职责:
负责新机构营销员渠道团险的业务经营推动,KPI指标追踪,确保达成新机构年度经营目标;负责制定营销员渠道的年度培训计划,并按计划组织落实相关培训工作,提升营销员的团险销售能力;根据总部制定的激励方案,制定新机构配套激励方案,并组织对激励方案进行宣导和追踪,提升激励效果;负责团险业务销售支持、大项目支持,以及营销员渠道销售问题协调沟通,提升营销员渠道满意度;负责新机构团险市场企划工作,研究当地团险市场,快速市场开拓、重要客户维护,提升团险在当地市场的品牌影响力。负责市场企划岗人员的招聘、培养,加快机构市场企划组织建设任职资格:
大学本科或以上学历;10年以上个险销售推动及相关工作经验(保险销售推动支持、培训等),有团险综合开拓经验者优先;具备团队管理经验;熟练使用MS-Office软件;客户导向,有较强的团队协作、沟通协调能力、表达能力;良好的解决问题能力;Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
