About the Role

维护与客户、中介的关系,提供优质的客户服务

负责大客户服务与管理,包括新单承保\续保方案沟通,续保招投标,增值服务统筹等工作,以及前后台、供应商协调沟通30%负责关键客户咨询、复杂投诉的处理;   15%负责宣讲、员工手册制作、理赔报告制作、协议制作及报价沟通;20%保单服务中的客户维护,定期拜访客户HR及中介;   25%其他相关的日常工作;    10%
