About the Role
承接总部客户平台规划与资源,结合属地化客户洞察与客群分析,策划并执行客户平台活动;链接总部与分公司资源,建立属地化客户活动资源网络,负责当地的策划和实施,结合线上线下客户经营策略,充分发挥获客-活客-暖客-转化的作用,促进业务发展。主要职责:
深入理解公司的客户策略及方向,合理分析及制定年度客户活动项目计划,确立项目的成功图象及明确实现的合理方向;
推广客户平台功能与资源在分公司的应用,有效运用客户平台与资源,与渠道紧密合作助力线上线下客户经营,驱动业务发展;
策划并执行线下活动,协调渠道及各部门,实现活动的有效落地:根据业务节奏、节庆点和品牌大事件策划制定各类客户活动方案,并推进与执行客户活动的整体落地实施,包括但不限于客户分析、活动创意策划、预算管理、资源对接和整体内容方案产出、推进活动落地、跨部门合作协调等,并为最终活动效果负责;定期总结复盘,持续累积并改善活动品质和效率;协调处理客户平台与活动咨询、化解纠纷,如遇复杂案件,及时上报;
定期收集客户平台与活动反馈,形成相关报告,为持续优化平台客户体验提供建设性的意见。
任职基本要求:
大学本科学历或以上
8年以上相关工作经验
抗压力强,能自我驱动,积极主动地推动工作开展
具备业务敏锐度或市场洞察力,对当地市场保险业客户情况有一定了解尤佳
出色的规划、沟通、协调和报告能力,具有团队协作精神,执行力强
乐于接受新兴事物,并具备很强的学习能力
深厚的中英文表达能力和文字能力,熟悉办公应用软件,能熟练运用PowerPoint, Excel以及Word
