What You'll Be Doing:
The role is responsible for providing efficient operational support while maintaining compliance with internal controls and procedures within the functional area. The role applies comprehensive technical and system knowledge to act as a point of escalation and provide timely resolution to complex issues. The role exercises independent judgement in determining feasible solutions for clients, handling situations that require further analysis and investigation. The role leads the implementation of process improvement initiatives, seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures. Working with limited direction, the role provides training and coaching to others in the department to increase overall knowledge, expertise and productivity.

How You'll Succeed:
Documentations Specialist - Preparation of all LaserPro documents, including new loans, modifications, and renewals for Commercial and non-residential Consumer loans for all CIBC Bank USA locations.Preparation of Documents - Prepare all documents in accordance to bank policy and procedures and adherence to regulatory compliance.Additional Responsibilities - Include ordering due diligence, closing loans straight through to post closing documentation requirements and exception processing.Relationship Manager - Working with your internal team and works cross functionally with multiple lines of business and lenders.Leveraging technology - Become a technology expert. Utilize the knowledge you do have in ACBS, IBS Loan System, and Loan closing experience.Who You Are:

This role has an expected salary range of $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 for the Chicago market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
