Concentrix is searching for a talented Sr. Specialist, Operations Support to identify trends and provide valuable business insights to senior leaders, partner with various workstreams to implement transformation projects for the organization, and develop recommendations related to project initiatives.To succeed in the role, the candidate should be self-sufficient, self-motivated, possess a strong leadership aptitude while being a strong team player, exhibit strong organizational, multitasking, and planning skills, embrace a high commitment to quality, and demonstrate outstanding internal and external customer service.
This role is responsible for conducting data analyses and communicating results to project stakeholders for all BAU related . The Sr. Specialist, Operations Support will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager and is expected to assist and or co-manage in delivering project objectives and derives insights by structuring large set of data for our business leaders to make informed decisions.
Key Job Functions:
Data ManagementDevelop and implement data collection and data analytics processesAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systemsInterpret data, analyze results using statistical tools and provide ongoing reportsTurn data into actionable insights providing a better understanding of the gaps within the business. Manage the post-activity reports and in-depth performance evaluation to determine how existing decisioning rules can be enhanced to drive increased business benefits Project ManagementCollaborate with key partners and cross-functional teams by conducting qualitative discovery exercises such as interviews, focus groups, observations, process mapping, and review of metrics. Lead the project team members to successfully complete all phases of a data analysis project, including but not limited to: Planning, Data Collection, Data Cleansing, Analysis, and Recommending SolutionsStakeholder ManagementConsult with Concentrix business leaders and other stakeholders on business operations and performance initiatives.Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholdersCandidate Profile/ Skills Required
3-5 years of consulting or analytics experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsRelevant experience in data science or business analytics, big data, machine learning in the BPO or a fast-paced industryDemonstrated ability to extract business insights and trends from large, complex and ambiguous datasets and come up with impactful recommendations to drive improvements in the business.Data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools)Excellent data storytelling skillsAbility to effectively present information to senior-level executivesSuperior stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skillsDemonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environmentTechnical Competencies
