Welcome to the Performance & Rewards and the global People & Culture team

The Performance & Rewards team is responsible for advancing the Performance & Rewards agenda across the global company. This includes market informed pay-setting through a well-established job architecture and partnering with the business on all reward and performance matters from annual processes to individual cases – all utilizing Workday as the global tool.

You will be joining the People & Culture team, which is focused on developing the People & Culture Strategy, including Performance Management, DEI, Talent Development, and Leadership.

               

The People & Culture team operates in a matrix set-up, collaborating closely with colleagues in APAC, NA, and EMEA regions to leverage local knowledge.

As our new Senior Performance & Reward Specialist, you will become a part of a skilled and diverse team, who works closely with the business and the global People & Culture organization. Working on a full spectrum of reward and performance tasks, in a highly professional and international setting where your contributions are valued and your development aspirations supported, you can take you career to the next level.

Your tasks will include:

Process owner for one of GN’s annual Performance & Reward processes (e.g. global merit process)Reward Partner to a specialized business area, advising senior leaders on Performance & Rewards agendaEnsure the development of a competitive total reward offering informed by market data to support fact-oriented decision-makingDesign, develop, and deploy new Performance & Reward initiatives to support GN’s business strategyDrive on-going improvements of GN’s Performance & Reward framework and governance to ensure consistent structure and efficient processesWork closely with colleagues in People & Culture to ensure end-to-end Performance & Reward agenda is managed and delivered effectivelyConduct job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodologySupport deliveries for GN’s Remuneration Committee meetings

  

We imagine that you bring the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in Rewards from a larger international organization or consultancyHighly skilled at designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and market analysisMaster’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or similarPrevious experience with developing and implementing Reward solutionsMaster in Excel and working knowledge of Workday (or a similar HRM system)Well-developed analytical skills enabling you to make fact-based decisions and proposalsExperience managing complex projects, planning, and change management skillsOpen and transparent communicator who consistently provides feedback with your business stakeholders and able to maintain your position when neededExperience from a global matrix structure – and promoting collaboration in a culturally diverse contextA rare combination of an innovative approach and the finesse to navigate the corporate landscapeBusiness focus and People & Culture interest

Pay Transparency Notice:

The target annual compensation for this position can range from $118K - $177K. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.

Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
