Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Specialist to support and enhance OFD Global Portfolio Management Operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial operations and legal workflows related to bankruptcies, settlements, and delinquencies.   They should be skilled in tracking and analyzing portfolio data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency. 

 

Key Responsibilities  

Operational Tasks:

Maintain a centralized record of OFD customers undergoing bankruptcy, legal settlements, and delinquency terminations, ensuring timely updates and status tracking. Respond promptly to inquiries from Oracle Legal, external counsel, OFD Assignees, Operations, and payment tracking teams. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather required information for legal reviews, update case statuses, track payments, and provide application instructions. Oversee the full portfolio lifecycle, ensuring all cases are actively managed through to closure. Manage bankruptcy-related terminations and write-off requests while ensuring compliance. Document existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to better align with Oracle & NetSuite best practices.

 

Technology & Systems:

Contribute to the development of a centralized platform to streamline global Portfolio Management activities. Ensure critical information is captured and seamlessly integrated with downstream modules to support smooth workflows and enable impacted teams to take appropriate actions.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams, including Legal, Operations, and Finance, as well as external counterparts such as legal counsel and OFD Assignees. Drive process improvements and ensure timely, accurate communication across all stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in financial operations, portfolio management, or a related field Experience working with bankruptcy, settlements, and delinquency processes, and financial agreements Background in process optimization, reporting, and data analysis to support portfolio oversight Excellent attention to detail to manage case statuses, documentation, and compliance requirements  Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in legal, finance, and operations Knowledge of Oracle’s Ecosystem: Experience in Oracle’s products, services, or financing solutions would be a plus.
