As a Sr. Specialist, Quality, you will drive food safety and quality awareness throughout the facility through the maintenance and continuous improvement of the food safety management system.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Display and promote positive safe behaviors at all times, and encourage others to follow all safety standards as wellEnsure compliance and drive improvement of the Food Safety Management SystemEnsure compliance to all prerequisite programs and GMPs throughout manufacturing facilityEnsure all food safety and quality standards are met and documented throughout the production process Facilitate food safety audits of production facility and escalate non-conformances

You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong understanding of the Food Safety Management System. Experience with SAP is preferred.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Analytical and statistical experience.Ability to work autonomously and in ambiguous situations.
