About the role:
Join Gartner's Corporate Global Marketing team as a Senior Specialist in Social Media. You'll help shape and execute our global social media strategy, driving engagement and conversion through compelling content and insights. Reporting to the Director of Social Media, you'll be part of an innovative, data-driven B2B team focused on maximizing social media impact.
What you will do:
Develop and distribute high-quality content optimized for various social media channels.
Maintain expertise in social media platforms and best practices. (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and Threads)
Analyze data to drive insight-driven social media execution within Sprout Social and Google Analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated efforts and adherence to processes.
Manage content creation, scheduling, and community engagement within Sprout Social and create initial creative using Adobe Express.
Track and report on key metrics to inform future content planning.
Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
Support and manage our associate advocacy program within Sprout Social.
Continuously look to innovate, streamline, incorporate AI, solve problems, and have a no limits mindset.
What you will need:
3-5 years of organic social media marketing experience, preferably in a large corporate setting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Exceptional English copy writing and communication skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment near Gurgaon.
Experience working in a medium to large, complex corporate environment.
Strong content development skills and attention to detail.
Experience with social media tools like Sprout Social and Adobe Express.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, and work within project management tools such as Workfront and Monday.com.
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude that is capable of building strong peer relationships across teams such as Marketing, PR, Conferences, Creative, Content, etc.
