Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain Sustainability
**Key Purpose of the Job** The supply chain environmental sustainability program aims to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in line with VF’s Science Based Targets. It also includes wastewater standards, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and waste management programs to create sustainable ecosystems. **Key Areas of Responsibility** Program Implementation and Data Management + **Strategy Support** : Assist in developing and refining environmental strategies. + **Roadmap Development** : Help create a roadmap to meet 2030 and 2050 emission targets. + **Higg FEM Adoption** : Facilitate the adoption and verification of the Higg Facilities Environment Module (FEM) for suppliers. + **Data Management** : Collect, analyze, and manage Higg FEM data for emissions inventory and compliance audits. + **Wastewater Program** : Support the management of VF’s wastewater program. + **Internal Coordination** : Engage with sourcing teams and country directors on program implementation. + **Service Providers** : Vet and contract service providers for program support. + **Sustainability Opportunities** : Identify and present opportunities to enhance program sustainability. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting + **Internal Engagement** : Share program progress and insights with VF teams and leaders. + **Training Development** : Create and deliver training materials for internal and external audiences. + **Program Partners** : Engage with implementation partners for program development and reporting. + **Data Analysis and Reporting** : Collaborate on data analyses, dashboards, and reports for internal updates and public reporting. **Key Attributes** + High integrity and ethics. + Passion for worker rights and sustainability. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. + Excellent organizational and analytical skills. + Ability to collaborate globally and build relationships. + Culturally sensitive and aware. + Excellent communication skills. + Creative, energetic, and motivated. **Desirable Qualifications & Competencies** + 3+ years' experience in human and worker rights or related fields. + Experience in corporate responsibility, international business, or relevant industries. + Knowledge of human rights regulations. + Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. + Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30 days per year).
