Sr. Specialist, Worker Rights Due Diligence
**Key Responsibilities** Due Diligence Support + **Support Strategy** : Help implement the worker rights strategy and coordinate related workstreams. + **Framework Development** : Assist in creating and applying worker rights due diligence frameworks and guidelines. + **Industry Engagement** : Participate in industry discussions and provide input on due diligence frameworks. + **Alignment with Standards** : Ensure internal work aligns with UN Guiding Principles and OECD Guidance. + **Environmental Sustainability** : Advise on applying due diligence to environmental sustainability in the supply chain. Worker Rights Issue Management + **Issue Coordination** : Lead and coordinate the internal process for managing worker rights issues. + **Feedback and Solutions** : Gather feedback, solve issues, and provide advice on solutions. + **External Responses** : Provide timely responses to external stakeholders on various issues. Stakeholder Engagement + **Industry Programs** : Support engagement with industry programs and external stakeholders. + **Internal Engagement** : Regularly update internal stakeholders on KPIs, program updates, and human rights priorities. Reporting + **Data Collection** : Support data collection for internal and external reporting on worker rights programs. + **Communication Platforms** : Maintain and develop internal communication platforms for worker rights activities. **Key Attributes** + High integrity and ethics. + Passion for worker rights and sustainability. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. + Excellent organizational and analytical skills. + Ability to collaborate globally and build relationships. + Culturally sensitive and aware. + Excellent communication skills. + Creative, energetic, and motivated. **Desirable Qualifications & Competencies** + 3+ years' experience in human and worker rights or related fields. + Experience in corporate responsibility, international business, or relevant industries. + Knowledge of human rights regulations. + Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. + Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30 days per year).
