About the Role

根据业务需求,在总公司整体培训体系框架下,开发、设计并落实相关培训计划与课程,提升销售团队能力,并通过对大单业务提供支持,深化高净值业务价值主张,促进分公司业绩指标达成

岗位职责:

1.在银保渠道策略和银保培训体系框架下,推动落实讲师和渠道支持团队分层培养规划机制

2.根据分公司培训规划,对总公司课程进行本地化,制定总部课程的落地执行方案,安排内部培训

3.根据银保培训体系框架和规划,细化设计或开发培训课程并完成相关审批,以确保培训课程完善

4.根据新产品上线安排,利用总公司标准版本产品宣传资料,落地TTT(Train-The-Trainer)培训,以确保新产品按期有效落地

5.根据分公司银保发展策略,结合业务销售节奏,以培养和发展为目标,为BDD/BDM提供专业技能培训课程,打造高绩效团队

6.为合作银行和分公司渠道支持团队提供培训与大单支持,包括现场培训、大单辅导与成功案例分享、线上培训等,确保渠道重点活动顺利进行,提升大额交易能力

7.全力支持合作银行VIP客户沙龙、大单销售支持,推动大单成交

8.根据培训需求,宣传和培训总部管理平台的使用,及时获取总部提供分析报告,以确保使用人员按时达标完成课程

9. 执行主管安排的其他任务

任职资格:

1.大学本科以上学历;

2.3年以上保险或银行工作经验,有培训、高净值客户保险营销或管理相关经验优先考虑

3.沟通协调能力强,表达能力、商务演示能力佳

4.良好的人际关系技巧及影响他人能力

5.熟练使用各种办公软件,思维灵活,抗压力强
