Job Summary : Responsible for achieving premium income which is generating from commercial business as per defined target GWP and doing the marketing business development with broker relationship
according to company's policy and guidelines. This position leads intermediated commercial lines channels including key partners in terms of Business Development and broker relationtionship
Responsibilities :
1. Identifly business opportunitites in order to achieve defined team’s target
2. Make recomendations for work procedures improvement in order to improve work efficiency of the business unit
3. Assist to ensure that all works under designated responsibilities are performed in accordance with company’s policy and service standard.
4. Advices in order to strengthen work efficiency, good morale and team work
5. Support Production Commercial by LoBs/ by Producers to meet the target
6. Review and Tracking report by montly / quaterly portfolio client.
7. Coorperate with Marketing Communication team for Commercialevent event i.e. Operation roadshow, Broker activity and/or any activities
8. Monitor production by LoBs by Producers with Target / Plan N/ RN
9. NPS or Net Promote score to measuring customer satisfaction (By cooperate with MarCom and RO MarCom team)
10. Regularly visit with key producers
