We are looking for a candidate to partner with the business to ensure we maintain our company’s values and high ethical standards, comply with the law, protect our people and enhance our reputation. This position reports to Business Practice Associate Director
Main roles & responsibilities include:
Supporting the Business Practices Manager in daily activities to implement companies compliance frameworks for local business organizations
Helping to ensure consistent and effective compliance standards are in place in the organization
Identify, asses and prioritize compliance risks
Design and implement process and standards
Prepare and facilitate learning on compliance and ethical topics
Being business partner for Compliance consulting
Providing support to manage internal processes such us Due Diligence, Patient Programs
Apply appropriate methods to minimize, monitor and control risks
Support internal audits and/or external inspections
Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (ideally with Legal Background)
Postgraduate (MBA, Compliance, Certification CESCOM, ICEMCOM or other related field) would be of advantage
2+ years of Compliance, Legal or comparable business experience in pharmaceutical, device or healthcare industry
High ethical standards, and personal integrity
Proven analytics skills and strategic thinking
Project Management-Accountable experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Good Knowledge within compliance rules, legal requirements and codes for Pharma industry
Good understanding of pharmaceutical companies’ infrastructure and processes
Familiarity with compliance guidelines and data protection legislation
Fluent in English and Spanish
