Sr. Specialist - Corporate Secretary

This position will support Legal Function in connection with any administrative tasks and other legal general works assigned by legal team members such as issuance of Power of Attorney for three legal entities, and Corporate Secretary Function (or assisting to Corporate Secretary) for two public insurance entities ("Company") (Allianz Ayudhya Assurance (AZAY) and Allianz Ayudhya General Insurance (AAGI).

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

1) Responsibilities for Corporate Secretary Function for Allianz Ayudhya Thailand.

Assisting the CS team in all activities related to board meetings and shareholders' meetings (both AGM and EGM)  Organizing for all board papers for the board meetings Coordinate with the Internal Audit for any agenda items proposed by Legal and/or CS functions to Audit Committee meetings such as audit papers Preparing and organizing board and shareholders' meetings both actual (in person) and/or e-meetings Coordinating with Allianz Regional Office CS on CS matters Responsible the Convene System

2) The Power of Attorney (POA) for three houses (AZAY AAGI AYUD) and Aetna Thailand Entities.

Providing POA as requested by internal and external customers, including revising the previous POA and renewing POA as appropriated Monitoring POA with accuracy, readiness, speed & consistency Providing the summary POA report. Issuing the POA cancellation letter.

3) Administrative supporting to Country Legal team

Providing and processing documents of travelling, reimbursement and external training for legal team Assisting Legal team for annual budget and expenses

4) Personal Assistant for Sr. Consultant for making appointments for OIC officers and/or TLAA meeting

Must Have

Bachelor's in Business Administration or other related field. At least 3 years experience in Office Administration and Legal or other related field in insurance or banking business. At least 3 years experience in corporate secretary tasks or other related

Knowledge of Law and Insurance Law Legal consultation skill Business Acumen Project management and coordination skill Client care & satisfaction Communication and presentation skill Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other document management software such as Adobe Acrobat English communication skills especially in writing and speaking
