Sr. Specialist - Country Organization Development & Employee Engagement

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and executing key programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement, recognition, motivation, and overall well-being. This role ensures the effective administration of employee engagement surveys, coordinates staff activities, and implements health and wellness programs. The specialist will also lead communication efforts to enhance the organizational culture and employee experience.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

1. Employee Engagement Survey Management:
Survey Administration:
•    Oversee the entire survey process, including registration, provider contracts, PDPA compliance, and ISO approval requests.
•    Coordinate with the IT team for survey whitelisting and testing, ensuring smooth survey deployment and accurate reporting of results.
•    Translate core and local survey questions, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
•    Prepare employee data, organizational structure, and historical mapping for the survey.
Survey Communication:
•    Develop and send communication emails, including storyboards, CEO messages, and one-page survey summaries.
•    Send out reminders during the survey period to ensure high participation.
Survey Execution and Reporting:
•    Liaise with the Global Allianz AES Team to address any issues during the survey.
•    Organize briefing sessions for new managers and support HRBPs and Line Managers in downloading and interpreting survey reports.
•    Prepare and organize focus group sessions and action plans based on survey results, consolidating feedback for the Board of Management.

 

2. Staff Activities Management:
Staff Parties and Festive Events:
•    Plan and execute staff parties and festive activities, including budgeting, theme design, vendor coordination, and payment processes.
•    Arrange travel and accommodation for upcountry staff.
Employee Activities:
•    Organize employee recreation activities and Group initiatives, including budget management, activity design, communication, and payment processes.

 

3. Employee Recognition and Motivation:
•    Rewards and Recognition Programs:
•    Design and review reward schemes, consolidate nomination data and prepare presentations for Town Hall meetings.
•    Manage the distribution and redemption of recognition cards and e-cards.
•    Organize the Long Service Award event, including budgeting, database management, and award preparation.
 

4. Employee Health and Well-being:
Health Programs:
•    Manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and coordinate quarterly online sessions with vendors.
•    Plan and execute the Health & Wellness Fair, including budgeting, event design, and vendor coordination.
•    Oversee ongoing wellness programs, gather feedback, and management reports.

 

5. People & Culture Communication:
•    Communication Planning:
•    Create and execute effective communication plans for employee engagement activities.
•    Review and provide content and artwork for internal platforms such as People Connect and Facebook One Allianz Ayudhya.

 

Qualifications:
•    A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement and communication.
•    Proven track record in designing and implementing effective employee engagement strategies and communication plans.
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proficiency in English: the candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills in English and be able to effectively communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication platforms and tools.
