Sr. Specialist E-comm Buying & Trading

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

This role is a key contributor to the healthy and sustainable growth of the channel across all LAM markets providing support in planning of all commercial & Brand events. Also, the person in charge supports pricing and clearance strategies of ecom LAM with special attention on analysis and actions plan for outlet pages that permit increase stock turn and improvements in the standard margin

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

BUY PROCESS

 

Support implementation of the pre-season strategy for e-com OTB Planning & Management following the market financial targets and global guidelines

Following Channel Ranges provided by Market CTC Assortment Plan teams, contribute to the buying process for the assigned channel(s) and assure right volumes are bought following market OTB plan.

Work with global/local colleagues to define and implement best in class eCom buying best practices and KPI tracking mechanisms focused on optimization of the eCom experience through product and ranging decisions.

Support market seasonal stock position assuring the right volumes are available in e-com store(s) and distribution centers and inform of changes to Allocation teams.

Provide market trading, assuring timely sales forecast by product for the chain, stock intakes, and in-season markdowns.

Prepare input to Market CTC Assortment Planning teams in regard to range needs by cluster.

Support market relevant e-com store tiering process following store tiering global guidance, in collaboration with CTC Assortment Planning teams.

 

IN SEASON PROCESS

 

Analysis on stock flow and inventory coverage.

Monitor inventory levels by category & Key Franchises.

Owner CLE list process & pricing change execution.

Catalogue execution.

Support visibility of 30-60-90 brand and commercial calendar and support in planning of all the commercial events.

Monitor and execute clearance pricing between e-com and other DTC channels + Wholesale following the established process.

Monitor in a weekly basis the standard margin performance and rise flags if is not align with business plan.

Monitor the right balance of inline and outlet products.

Support markdown execution according to company policy or company promotions

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

Experience on Merchandising operations

Knowledge of all ecommerce channels/online marketing

Strong analytical skills and fact-based orientation in decision making

Ability to work effectively within a team environment  

Advanced skills in MS Office  

Advanced English levels

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience        

Minimum 3+ year experience in merchandising or eCom operations
