This position will support all work across the Real Estate Portfolio Management team for the assigned region. The position will specifically support the work of the Property Management and Leasing and Investment teams and will have broad responsibility to track lease dates, ensure the team is obtaining necessary approvals, research required information, prepare presentations, correspond with operators, and other assigned duties to support the work of the Real Estate Portfolio Management team. Responsibilities With the support of the responsible Property Management or Real Estate Representative, respond to non-deal-oriented Operator requests and facilitate potential solutions, whether independently or with necessary internal or external stakeholders Input and track new and existing Property Management issues within the internal tracking systemAssemble presentation materials for and coordinate internal Real Estate Portfolio Management (REPM) deal approval process for Property Management and/or Leasing deals within assigned region(s)Track and ensure lease renewal obligations (malls, FSUs, etc.) are met in sufficient time to protect Chick-fil-A’s rights and control of leased propertySupport the surplus property disposition, maintenance, and security process Responsible for oversight of the DOT signage program, relocation debranding, REPM invoice processing, and other REPM required deliverables through Chick-fil-A’s contracted project coordinatorsPromptly respond to Chick-fil-A Operators, staff, and external partners Facilitate assigned real estate deal approval or leadership meetings as assignedOther duties and ad-hoc opportunities/initiatives as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree3+ years of work experienceSelf-StarterStrong proficiency in data entry and analytics, PowerPoint, Excel and/or Smartsheet applicationsDetail oriented with ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast pasted environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management or related education fieldCommercial Real Estate Industry Experience Focus in Portfolio Management Analytics, Property Management, or Leasing.
