In the role of a Sr Specialist Lead - Elevator working at the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado, you will actively participate in Area Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execution of the daily plan, including reporting results of the previous 24 hours: project management, number of breakdowns, insights from completed PM cards maintenance log.
This role will own the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling System for the elevator team and high voltage team. You will lead the scheduling of maintenance work, as dictated by the annual maintenance plan and previously identified work during routine meetings, ensure the revision and updating of Maintenance Technical Documentation occurs as necessary.
This position reports to our Line Lead – Facilities.

Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives or World Class Manufacturing Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives You will be experienced in asset care/maintenance and have previous work history in maintenance planning & scheduling. Leadership experience with small to medium-sized teams preferred. You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow You exhibit our core values
