Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Execute and fulfil all goods inbound processes to the warehouse according to marketing, sales and customers’ requests to achieve on-time in-full deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with freight forwarders, Carriers, Customs, Distribution Center, Purchase Order Management and Customer Services to ensure timely and accurate visibility of information and on time delivery for all accounts.
• Define monthly Logistics Service parameters for Inbound Planning function and operate accordingly.
• Align inbound transportation strategy in order to ensure OTA indicator and contribute to the execution of customer deliveries against commercial requirements and commercial prioritization.
• Execute and Apply air freight according to the company strategy.
• Provide input & support if any change on container status that affects the capacity planning to warehouse.
• Support Logistics Services in product handling in transportation related claims, follow-up on compensation status.
• Give support on air freight quotation in order for the company to make a decision in any change on the transportation mode.
• Participation in aligning meetings in order to identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions with respect to transport mode to overcome supply problems of critical product.
• Assistance upon request in global tender process.
• Support Center of Competence Global Transport Logistics & Customs.
• Responsible to prepare department key performance indicators.
• Key User – AFS SAP.
• Execute end to end direct shipment process from inbound until creation of invoices.
• Execute Factory Pick Up process. Secure customers´ billing against factories invoice receipt.
• Provide sales forecast to finance related to direct shipments and ex-factory pick up model.
• Ensure that all ASN are available on AFS, to secure the accurate posting process at the warehouse.
• To executive the consolidation process at origin in order to optimize the fill rate by container taking into consideration the OTA indicator.
• Creation and follow up of all tickets in systems related to AFS, BTP
• Ensure and follow up of all transit time by origin agreed for purchasing planning execution.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all our cross functional multi-branded departments; Customer Services and all Multi-branded Logistics and Distribution Teams.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent education required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in supply chain and/ or sourcing.
