Purpose:
Support retail operations team in delivering sustainable and profitable growth by managing store back office tasks and facilities for adidas Peru, following Global operating manual.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure Operational Excellence and Efficiency in stores.
- Managing efficiencies in OOH (Operating Overheads) of the channel.
- Standardization and efficiencies in operational processes of the stores. Ensure the best and better tools and capabilities for the stores operation.
- Commercial analysis and tracking of stores and individual KPIs (NS, CR%, UPT). Improve reporting for stakeholders.
- Support the Market field and Retail Back Office (RBO) teams to meet or exceed channel targets and KPI’s.
· Manage supplier relationship including contracts, invoices and payments, and monitor quality of the service provided. In store service include security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
· Manage and coordinate the correct level of supplies at stores such shopping bags, labels, office supplies orders, payments and monitoring deliveries and warehousing
· Support Retail Development team during openings and remodeling of stores in managing vendors during process

Requisite Education and Experience:
· University degree industrial engineering, business administration or similar careers

. Excel & Power BI
· 4 years of work experience preferable in operational excellence areas
· Able to set and manage time schedules and projects
