Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support retail operations team in delivering sustainable and profitable growth by managing store back office tasks and facilities for Argentina, following Global operating manual.
This position will be temporary for 9 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Market field and retail back office (RBO) teams to meet or exceed channel targets and KPI’s.
• Control the inventory of electronic systems at stores in Argentina manage the relationship with the companies to perform the necessary maintenance. This includes fiscal printers, Sensormatic, shopper track, CCTV, etc.
• Manage, monitor and control adidas Argentina employee discount policy together with HR to ensure employee list and quotas are up to date and in line with policy.
• Implement and drive compliance with agreed Global Retail CoE processes and standards for field and RBO operations to deliver on global policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier relationship including contracts, invoices and payments, and monitor quality of the service provided. In store service include security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
• Support and be the main point of contact for stores during repair crisis/emergencies contacting the vendors to ensure a prompt service, manage payments, contracts, evaluations and approvals, avoiding business disruption and negative consumer experience.
• Manage and coordinate the correct level of supplies at stores such shopping bags, labels, office supplies orders, payments and monitoring deliveries and warehousing
• Manage storage spaces where retail store supplies, fixtures and other elements for store visual merchandising, POP, etc are kept. This includes payment of rents, follow up and liaise with legal on the renewal of leases.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• University degree or equivalent education required
• Analyzing retail operations to solve issues quickly and in a way, that moves the business and people forward.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, directions, results or feedback as required in writing or verbally.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• 0 – 2 years experience
• Able to set and manage time schedules and projects.
