Responsible for assisting the Corporate Accounting Manager-M&A with successfully onboarding and integrating new acquisitions.

Your Impact:

Prepare proforma income statements and templates for new acquisitionsPrepare uploads of historical financial results into D365 for reporting requirementsPrepare presentations for onboarding new acquisitionsPrepare calculations needed based on purchase agreement requirementsTransition legacy corporate card activity to new payment methodTrack and maintain onboarding checklist and reference notes for each acquisitionCollect data needed for standard training modulesReview, research, and deep dive into acquisition financial informationVarious ad hoc request relating to onboarding and integrating new acquisitionsAttend due diligence meetings and work with necessary teams to prepare for acquisition closings.Assist M&A Corporate Accounting Supervisor with leading acquisition onboarding meetings and subsequent meetings necessary for acquisition onboarding.Work with acquisition offices to understand workflow and use accounting knowledge to suggest recommendations to improve and streamline processes.Support acquisition offices in coding expenses to corporate general ledger codes used in proforma uploads.

Successful Candidates will have:

Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experienceAccounting degree requiredPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think critically and make recommendations to solve problems.Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp. Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in a paperless environmentExceptional organization and time-management skillsSelf-starter, professional and assertiveWillingness to learn and be inquisitiveAbility to handle a fast-paced, challenging work environment

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
