What you will do:

Communicating frequently across all project disciplines to ensure project team, division and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issuesAlign dedicated and shared resources cross-functionally to optimize to ensure achievement of business results, acquire and develop middle to junior level resources as neededManage pipeline for HW design, development & testing of multiple projectsContribute to absorption of new technologies, processes, and methods by making them part of own team's deliveryCompliance to Quality Management System and Design Controls

What you need:

Required

Educational Requirement of B Tech / BS or equivalent10 – 14 years of solid experience in analog, digital and power circuit designing7 years of experience in PCB design & development process and associated tools & functional verificationStrong Knowledge of Microcontroller, Microprocessor and FPGA based circuits design & development tools & bringing up boardGood understanding of Product Security domain and associated tools used in hardware penetration testing. Strong board level troubleshooting skills and understanding of hardware-software interactionFamiliar with Embedded Systems / Products verification / validationHands on experience with lab equipment like DSO, Logic analyzer, Function generator, etc.Well versed with writing test plans and test cases document and exposure to test management toolsAuthoring and reviewing the product documents and maintaining Quality standards
