YOUR IMPACT

A highly motivated and results-driven OpenText Partner Manager to collaborate with Capgemini's Financial Services practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with key financial institutions.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Act as the primary point of contact between OpenText and Capgemini's Financial Services practice, fostering collaboration and alignment on sales and delivery efforts.Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives within the financial services sector.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key Executives and Influencers within Capgemini financial services group.Work closely with Capgemini's sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align on client needs and solution offerings.Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell OpenText products and services to maximize revenue potential.Conduct regular business reviews with Capgemini and Opentext Sales Leadership to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and propose new solutions and offerings.Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position OpenText solutions effectively.Collaborate with Capgemini's delivery team and Opentext Professional Services team to ensure seamless project execution and joint planning.Monitor and report on performance metrics to OpenText leadership.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record as an Partner Account Manager or similar role in the financial services industry, specifically with Capgemini as a Partner or Employer.Deep understanding of enterprise information management solutions, particularly in the areas of content services and process automation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Experience in managing complex projects, sales cycles and GtM strategies.Ability to think strategically and co-create creative solutions to meet market needs.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
