Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire lifecycle of our products in LAC, from conception through design and implementation. The PLM Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are developed and delivered on time, meet the highest quality standards and are align to the Product Lifecycle Management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage the complete product lifecycle from initial idea to end-of-life for products launched in LAC.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with regional solutions owners, client services, GTM team, legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PLM framework.Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with relevant with the company standards and regulations.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all products, including product documentation, specifications, user manuals, and technical guides.Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on PLM tools and best practices.Operations: Support Value Added Services operations at LAC.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product lifecycle management or a related role.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in PLM software
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Certifications: Product Management, SCRUM Master or PMP certification is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the the payment industry is highly desirable.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity Jira Align, Project Management tools

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,700.00 to 170,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
