What you'll do As a Growth Marketing Sr. Strategy & Operations Analyst, you’ll turn data into actionable insights to help optimize our demand engine. You will keep a pulse on Marketing KPIs across the lead funnel and be an authority in key areas of our Marketing performance, using your insights to guide strategic decisions, fine-tune go-to-market strategies, and help leadership tackle important business challenges. You’ll also support our annual planning process, regular business reviews, and play a role in representing Marketing cross-functionally. This position will blend data expertise, critical thinking, and hands-on problem-solving to make an impact. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Growth Marketing Strategy & Operations Principal. Responsibility Use SQL to build data sets from Snowflake and assist with custom or manual reporting when needed Handle troubleshooting to keep data accurate and insights actionable Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses to monitor lead health and impacts to pipeline performance Support run-the-business reporting for QBRs, annual planning, and objectives and key results Contribute to strategy development across Sales and Marketing pipeline efforts, balancing big-picture strategy with what can drive impact now Support analysis on lead funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and attribution to deliver insights on spend and return on investment Work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams on complex projects and initiatives, helping ensure alignment and clarity on goals and deliverables Assist cross-functional teams by providing tools and insights to support data-driven decisions Manage moderately complex deliverables by gathering requirements, aligning collaborators, and driving data-driven decision-making processes Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic BA/BS degree in a business or quantitative field 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Marketing Analytics roles Fluent in SQL, with experience with relational databases and data warehouses Experience managing large datasets Preferred High degree of intellectual curiosity Experience in a SaaS company Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other analysis tools Experience working with senior leaders Comfort working in fast paced environments Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $114,200.00 - $177,100.00 base salary Illinois and Colorado: $109,600.00 - $150,625.00 base salary Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $109,600.00 - $156,950.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
