The role is responsible for supervising and oversee that all Hospital Satellite Clinic and Referral Desk provide quality and personalized services.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Supervises and monitor all the Supervisor handling Hospital Satellite Clinic and Referral Desk.
• Monitor and evaluate reports submitted by Supervisors and submit to immediate superior on time.
• Monitor and assess KPIs and provide corrective action if needed.
• Ensure that steerage to FSC are implemented and closely monitored.
• Handles and resolve concerns elevated by HSC and RD Supervisors and staff.
• Monitor the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all out patient approvals.
• Guides, coaches and motivates supervisors.
• Monitor, review and assist the supervisors in the attainment of objectives, measures, targets and initiatives.
• Resolve difficult inquiries raised by HBO staff.
• Prioritize, resolves and take appropriate action on complaints immediately. • Investigate and resolve Notice for Correction from claims.
• Monitor the delivery of check payments for doctors and hospitals.
• Monitor and evaluate clinic expenses and liquidation.
• Ensure that clinic equipment are functional and calibrated on a regular basis and clinic facility are well maintained and request repair if needed.
• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education – Graduate of any 4 year Medical course
• Experience – At least 2 years’ experience in clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.
• Certifications/licenses – None
• Business skills: With above average communication and empathic skills; Good negotiator, flexible and can do multi-tasking. Must be analytic, systematic and organized.
