As a leader in the quick service industry, Chick-fil-A strives to be best-in-class in poultry as well. This role is responsible for managing the incoming Safety and Quality for chicken. The person in this role will be responsible for understanding the poultry industry – from the farm through processing – and will partner with Chick-fil-A’s suppliers to proactively address issues and solve challenges.
The role will look at supply quality and safety holistically and partner with suppliers to provide solutions to meet Chick-fil-A’s growth needs and product quality and safety standards. With this in mind, the core responsibility of the role is to challenge status quo in order to reach solutions quickly and successfully. This requires a proactive, self-starter mindset with a tenacious drive to deliver meaningful outcomes.
By leveraging experiential knowledge, and thinking outside of the box for solutions, this role will influence both external partners and internal senior leadership to transform the products sourced by Chick-fil-A from the poultry industry.
