Sr. Supply Chain Planner/Analyst

Osmose is seeking a new Sr. Supply Chain Planner-Analyst in the Atlanta, GA area who will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Osmose's overall supply chain operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. This position will drive data analytics, forecasting, process improvement, and execution support across sourcing, planning, inventory, distribution, and supplier operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, NetSuite, and Customer Service to support supply chain planning and strategy.
+ Perform detailed analytics to improve planning and operational performance.
+ Communicate and manage key supply chain KPIs and vendor performance metrics.
+ Identify process bottlenecks and implement timely improvements.
+ Document step-by-step procedures for the supply planning process.
+ Work with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to optimize Supply Chain functionality.
+ Deploy and maintain NetSuite demand planning and Supply Chain controls to plan and control production, inventory, and distribution utilizing cost-effective methods.
+ Automate supply planning based on historical data and sales forecasts.
+ Support strategic supply chain initiatives that increase speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
+ When needed, operate within NetSuite to create necessary purchase orders, transfer orders, and additional supporting work orders placed with vendors and internal transfer orders.
+ Assist with optimization and continuous improvement of distribution center functions.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or business operations.
+ Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Experience with inventory and demand planning tools.
+ Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
+ Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.
+ Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Salesforce preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Self-starter with ownership mentality and time-management skills.
+ Ability to travel up to 10%.
