Sr. Support Analyst

The Sr. Support Analyst is responsible for delivering procedural support to all clients through telephone, email, chat, and client portal correspondence. The scope of this job centers around timely resolution of escalated client issues involving a variety of WellSky solutions, including clinical, billing, training, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Support user-facing applications to ensure superior quality, valuable client references, and satisfaction with our support services.Troubleshoot and document complex application operational issues and technical issues of moderate complexity.Escalate unresolved issues with thorough documentation as required while maintaining ownership of issue through resolution.Partner with other teams or departments to resolve user issues.Provide a great client experience through friendly and professional responses.Ensure required response time and resolution times are met.Assist engineering and quality assurance teams to identify, debug, test, and resolve client-facing application issues.Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 2-4 years relevant work experience

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
