Our Melville, NY office is looking for a Senior Survey Technician who embodies this purpose.
What You'll Do:
Prepare ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary & Topographic Surveys and As-built Surveys with minimal supervisionEvaluate field work for accuracy and create surveys from field crew data collector files (points), field sketches, digital photographs and reference mapsGenerate surfaces using 3d polylines & pointsCoordinate project requirements with team members and provide technical oversight of junior staff when necessary to complete required tasksOther duties as assignedWhat We Offer:

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred SIT or Level 3+ CST Certification preferred3+ years of CAD experience; Civil 3D requiredDeed compilation experience requiredExcellent organizational and communications skillsAbility to meet project deadlines within given budget limits and time framesDesire to succeed and excel in a fast-paced work environmentSelf-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task assigned projects, and work with minimal supervisionAbility and focus on Quality Control/Quality AssuranceSalary $32- $42/hr. plus sign on bonus consideration. Total compensation will be determined by other considerations such as experience, qualifications and educational background. This position is eligible for potential annual bonus earnings.
