Position Summary:
The Solution Delivery Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. As a member of the Solution Delivery Organization, an Sr. System analyst will analyze business processes and working closely with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, as well as business and/or process experts to develop, document and deliver end-to-end SAP process and systems solutions which enable ADM’s strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (USA and Canada) to accommodate changes in organizational structure, tax regulations, and payroll policies.ECP Integration Management: Design and implement robust integration solutions between SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)(USA and Canda) and other systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow.Functional Expertise: Provide functional expertise in SuccessFactors ECP, understanding client requirements and translating them into effective solutions.Functional Design Documentation: Create comprehensive Functional Design (FD) documents that clearly outline the integration requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations.Reporting and Analysis: Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll reports and analytics to support decision-making processes and address payroll-related inquiries from stakeholders.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of payroll processes, procedures, and changes to ensure transparency and knowledge transfer within the team.Testing and Upgrades: Participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system testing, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to payroll operations.Training: Provide training and support to HR and Payroll team members to enhance their understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll processes and best practices.Qualifications:Minimum of 5-6 full-lifecycle SAP deployments (USA and Canada)Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently.Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll administration and configuration.Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and labor laws.HR and Payroll certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skillsDemonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.Ability to create presentations for stakeholders and influence decision making.Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities.Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives.Bachelor’s degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 3-year job experience in IT or process area(s)Excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
