We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Analyst who is up to the task of working in a fast paced, high demand environment. This is a full time salaried position. You will join a team of analysts responsible for testing and delivering innovative products to market that covers everything from hardware system integrations to web based user interfaces. You will have opportunities to learn many different technologies and business industries. You will be rewarded for working effectively, diligent, self-sufficient, and by inspiring innovation. This is a customer facing position.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Aptitude, Expertise, Team WorkLearn and adapt to the ever changing hardware and software environments of payment systems and processingWork with various payment hardware devices and POS systems within the lab environmentRead and understand business requirements and technical design documentationProvide assistance or suggestions to influence product designWork closely with a team to meet deadlines sharing in responsibilities and providing assistanceTrain production support staff and technicians on new products and features, system setup and configurationProvide detailed technical and support documentationGrow to become a product and implementation SME
Integration Certification, QA SupportConduct integration certifications with 3rd party software integrators; understand implementation, tailor test suite accordingly, analyze test data, provide feedbackWork closely with QA team providing testing support, integration details, technical supportAssist on occasion with creating and executing thorough test plans, including positive and negative testing, functional testing, and regression testsTest efficiently with innovative tools and automationWork with QA team identifying testing gaps, proper coverage, and testing approach relative to complex integrations and system use casesWork with engineers on troubleshooting and identifying root causes of dev issues and production issues alike
System Integration and Partner SupportWork with software integrators to certify integrations to our platformsProvide strong customer service communication to integrators and end usersRespond to technical questions in person, via email, or over the phoneWork with Engineers gathering details and conveying the technical information back to integratorsWork closely with resellers and implementers with knowledge transfer, documentation, installation procedures, troubleshooting, level 3 technical support.Provide oversight and guidance in the device ordering process per integration detailsPublish training manuals, test cases, specifications, and other technical documentationHelp enforce version control and proper documentationNotify customers of product availabilityPreferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related degree from an accredited college or universityDemonstrate a strong technical aptitude, experience in software development a plusExperience working with: Windows CE, XP, 7, 8, 10Office 2007- 2013Software Testing EssentialsDesired Skills and experiencesAdministration of systems such as Jira, Confluence, ZephyrPCI policies and best practicesKnowledge of the payment industry, including EMV, eCommerce sites, industry best practicesJava.NetLuaiOSAndroidPOS systems/hardware experience a plus: Micros Point of Sale, Ingenico, VeriFone in various industries (retail, hotel, ecommerce, restaurant)As the fastest growing commerce company in the industry, we offer the opportunity for tremendous upward mobility within the company as well as development and professional growth opportunities.
