Amyx is seeking to hire a Senior Systems Administrator, in OpenText CBEDS, to support Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Automation Content Service (DACS) project a tele-work environment. DLA Document and Automation Management Service (DAMS) Program Management Office (PMO) requires ongoing functional, technical, application, cybersecurity, Records Management (RM), database, help desk, and analytical support services. These services will support DACS development, support, and sustainment.
Responsibilities
Administrators in Open Text Intelligent Capture are responsible for managing batch classes and batch instances.
They also create regular expressions to identify what information in the documents is extracted and validated for the operator to process and review.
Work with software developers and OpenText admins to integrate Intelligent Capture services on both ends. Install, configure and maintain, repair, upgrade required Intelligent Capture systems.
Develop or install plug-ins to add additional functionality or customize their solution beyond a regular installation. T
his includes web service API guides, scripting guides, external applications, custom integrations and more.
Provide advanced custom development of the Open Text Intelligent Capture solution.
Create new scan form templates, edit existing scan templates.
Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues.
Provides end user training.
Provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision.
Will be required to provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location.
Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications. Applies advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance.

Minimum Five (5) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, two of which are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions, two of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with Ephesoft software.Minimum Two (2) years’ experience in Ephesoft or OpenText capture systems containing PII, PHI, and HIPPA information in a multi-tenant environmentMinimum IAT II (CCNA-Security, GICSP, Security+CE, GSEC, SSCP, or CND) or higherMinimum Active National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) or Secret ClearanceComputing Environment Certification: OpenText Intelligent Capture
Preferred:
