Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior to Lead Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, the ability to lead small teams or projects, and a solid background in system analysis, design, testing, and deployment. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee system analysis, design, and implementation across assigned projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document business and technical requirements. Design and optimize system architectures using SQL and Oracle database structures. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure stability and performance. Manage end-to-end deployment processes and ensure seamless system integration. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance expectations. Prepare system documentation, technical specifications, and process flows. Ensure adherence to best practices for system integrity, security, and scalability.
