Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus. Skills & Expertise Data Analysis & Visualization Strong expertise in Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports for business intelligence. Deep understanding of data modeling and business process automation. Experience in database design and writing optimized queries for efficient data handling. Power Platform & Process Automation Hands-on experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Ability to build custom business applications to improve user experience and process efficiency. Experience optimizing Power Platform licensing models (Power Apps per user/per app, Power Automate flows, Power BI Pro, Dataverse storage) for cost-effectiveness. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365 is an advantage. Technical & Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with business stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies. Experience Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps to meet diverse user needs. Automate workflows with Power Automate to enhance process efficiency and eliminate manual tasks. Design and build Power BI dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights and data visualization. Utilize Dataverse & other databases to securely store and manage application data. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define success metrics, and enhance user experience. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, following best practices and security standards. Document solutions comprehensively, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. Provide ongoing support and training to users for developed solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and trends to drive innovation. Optimize Power Platform licensing models, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource utilization. Advise stakeholders on license management strategies and track usage patterns. Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for Power Apps, ensuring optimal usability across devices. Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to improve application performance and user experience.
