Main responsibilities:
Ensure recruitment tools and processes are used appropriately and accurately according to global and local guidelines;Conduct recruiting activities according to planning and make sure the recruitment process is fully implemented and followedFully use the channels and resources like job boards, campus recruitment, websites and other media toolsBe responsible for coordinating and communicating with Division Managers and BHR team to understand the staffing needs, as well as business needs to develop the staffing solution, plan, and improve recruiting results (i.e., hiring in alignment with skills, attributes, behavior requirements, process efficiencies)Be responsible for candidates sourcing, screening, phone interviews, recommending qualified candidates for further interviews and hiring manager interview arrangementMake sure all the valuable information is properly filled and make monthly report to the supervisor in timeOffer delivery and pre-on boarding arrangementSupport vendor integrations as needed;Monitor the recruitment system and take corrective action when needed to improve data integrity; ensure all recruitment activities are on the right track in Workday;Be supportive for special staffing projectsRefine search strategy by collecting feedback from Line Managers on candidates presentedMINIMUM BACKGROUND/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Education/Experiences background
A Bachelor’s degree.Functional competencies
Have at least 5 years’ working experience of HR recruiting and staffing in a multinational corporateKEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Have a passion for HR, good planning skills and be detail orientedStrong accountability and ownership. Drive for resultFamiliar with global recruitment system such as Workday is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe an excellent team player capable of building professional relationshipsProficiency in oral and written EnglishGood command of computer skills
