Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor
Responsibilities
Responsible for quality delivery on business demand of assigned business area or multiple competency domains.Translates People Plan and hiring demand in annual recruitment plan for assigned business area, providing advice on timing, feasibility, risks and opportunities.Build a hiring strategy by workforce prediction in short-term/long-term, strengthen the pipeline for key positions by understanding job role specific competency, with proactive plan to respond to dynamic market situation.Performs internal and external labor market analyses to advise on recruitment approach, recruitment marketing and innovation of the assigned business area.Coordinates/executes sourcing and screening activities based according to recruitment plan.Analyzes the characteristics of key candidate target groups for talent pipeline, mappingDevelops and challenges candidate journey and experience practices based on data, recruitment plan and labor market knowledge.Supports and advises hiring manager and candidates through full-cycle process.Participates in projects/programs within the talent acquisition department with an impact on multiple business areas. Supports the development of peers.Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or above Working experience in HR and TA or other related functions for 8 years or aboveExperience specialized in high position and/or diverse sector hiring is a plus.Experience leveraging recruiting data and pipeline data to identify trends, drive toward recommendations, and provide strategic insightDirect sourcing using LinkedIn, social media platforms, networkingTalent pipelining and market research skills related TAThorough understanding of talent acquisition tools and context.Skills

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
