Responsibilities:

Create and lead recruitment initiatives and strategies to proactively support openings in Thailand, Malaysia, and other southeast Asia countriesPartner with internal customers and global talent acquisition team to develop creative, high-quality sourcing solutions to fill Direct and Indirect Labor roles on time and within budgetConduct workforce planning and forecast with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure adequate resourcing levels for the recruitment teams;Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, etc.Train and support recruiting team to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process; effectively communicating and managing candidate and hiring manager expectations, timely and appropriate responsiveness to candidate and hiring manager expectations, and timely feedback to candidates at all stages of the selection processEnsures the recruiting programs and processes align with strategic plan andbusiness unit goals and objectives. Makes recommendations for process updates and changes to increase effectiveness and/or compliance.Manage the recruitment channels which include recruitment agency, job board and etc., from selection, evaluation, assessment and long-term relationship retention.Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to perform the recruitment and hiring in Thailand as people manager.

Requirements:

At least 15 years’ experience in Recruitment with relevant industries knowledge across Thailand and other APAC region.At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial position.Be positive, energetic, independent and result driven.Strong communication and leadership skills and negotiation skills are required.Experience in headhunters or High-tech industry recruiting is preferred.Experience working in an international environment.
