About This Job
Provides expertise and leads in the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers, and ensures regulatory and policy compliance throughout. Developing plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire. Coaching junior staff on the use of advanced candidate sourcing techniques; developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Utilize all available networks in the market, to ensure open positions are filled as efficiently as possible. Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.About Axos
